This consultation is 60 - 75 minutes long. During this time, Maria will take a thorough case history to explore the underlying cause of your concerns, conditions or symptoms. Maria will investigate your medical history, family history, diet, and lifestyle factors and discuss your main concerns and health goals. Within one week of our appointment, I will develop an individualized and personalized treatment plan for you. Recommendations may include nutrition and lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, and supplementation if needed. This treatment plan will be tailor to your health goals, your needs and limitations.
